Great leaders are continual learners.  They are constantly getting better, expanding and/or deepening their skills, reading books and are never satisfied.  Great leaders are continually working on their craft.  This is especially true for Christian leaders.

The Kingdom of God is always advancing, always moving forward and we be equipped to move with it.  Jesus is always revealing new things about Himself and His character as we mature in Christ.  Christian leaders should always be growing.
